Dr. Johannes Zeibig, as a family doctor, has successfully guided individuals for many years in achieving their ideal weight through individual coaching. You have a sense of responsibility, competence, and performance orientation, hold demanding positions, and often find yourself torn between various areas of life (“expectation fields”) such as work and performance, family/friendships, physical health, and general sense of purpose and “simply drifting away…”? Often, you unconsciously opt for duty fulfillment and neglect the needs of your organism. The various expectation fields are processed as subliminal hypnotic stimuli, inadvertently leading to problem trances like chronic stress, burnout, psychosomatic symptoms, or even addictive behavior. In this training, both theoretically and with numerous practical strategies, you will learn how to use the unwavering intuitive knowledge of our organism as a helpful “supervisor” to:
- Develop and sustain optimal, health-promoting, and meaningful life balance between these diverse expectation fields.
- Recognize and resolve stress-inducing, illness-inducing attempts at solutions (problem trance patterns).
- Utilize stress situations, reactions, and “symptoms” as competence and opportunity (as “bodyguards” and “wake-up calls”).
- Design everyday life as a ritual focused on health-promoting attention.
Theoretical and, above all, practical aspects will show how everyday life can be structured as a sequence of rituals that align oneself and mutually enhance relationships into specific optimal “flow-state of everyday trance”.
You will learn how through many symbolic, metaphorical, and ritual playful interventions, enriching encounters can achieve health-promoting, meaningful life balance.
